Also, you can only book appointments to see the Dr on the day, you can't book ahead. Most people work and need to arrange time off or staff to cover them and this system makes that almost impossible.

The Doctors and staff are probably very good at what they do. It is how the practice is run that I have a problem with. I am kept on hold for anything up to 1 1/2 HOURS waiting to talk to someone. The repeat prescription service is a farce. You have to wait and then leave a message. You cannot do this out of practice hours ( how ridiculous is that!!! ). I have been with this practice since midway last year and EVERY single time I have to phone ( and wait ) to talk to someone as it is never right and things are missed off. NOT good enough!!!!
